These Terms of Use govern your access to the Starlight Senior Placement website, placement services, electronic-document workflow, and Starlight Placement CRM. By using these services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Starlight Senior Placement LLC helps residents, families, and professionals identify and communicate with senior living and care settings. Families and residents are not charged a placement fee by Starlight. A facility may owe Starlight a referral fee under a separate written agreement. Facilities independently make admission decisions and remain responsible for their assessments, licensing, staffing, care, supervision, services, and charges.

Information and placement coordination provided by Starlight are not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for those needs. Starlight does not guarantee admission, availability, pricing, suitability, continued residency, or a particular care outcome.

The CRM is a private business tool. Accounts are created or invited by Starlight and are not available through public self-registration. Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access may be suspended or deactivated when employment, authorization, or a legitimate business need ends.

You may use the services only for lawful placement and business purposes. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, access records without permission, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, or use personal or health information for an unrelated purpose.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit. When a person signs a document electronically, that person confirms their identity, their authority to sign for the identified party, and their intent to use the electronic signature. Completed documents and their audit records may be retained for business, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.

The website, CRM, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Starlight Senior Placement LLC. The services may rely on third-party hosting, maps, email, app distribution, or other technology providers, whose availability and separate terms may also apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starlight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, a facility's independent decisions or acts, inaccurate information supplied by others, or events outside Starlight's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
